RJR, Coca-Cola subsidiary in Brazil, approached us with a request to design a holiday gift to award their employees. Nothing out of the ordinary until we heard their idea. They wanted us to design a piece of apparel that would not only compose their uniforms during business hours but that could also make them want to wear and be proud expressing their taste outside of the work environment.
