I’m Igor Campos, a Design Director and multidisciplinary creative leader based in Portland, OR.

For over 20 years, I’ve helped brands turn complex, undefined ideas into clear, polished creative systems across branding, advertising, experiential design, live events, digital, print, motion, 3D, and environmental graphics.

Currently, I lead design at The Sheppard, directing creative from concept through execution for clients across food, beverage, beauty, sports, finance, entertainment, and lifestyle. My work spans brand systems, campaign visuals, presentations, event environments, environmental graphics, motion pieces, 3D art direction, and integrated marketing materials.

I’ve worked with brands including Taco Bell, Coca-Cola, Vaseline, USTA, Pizza Hut, Banco do Brasil Americas, OUE Skyspace LA, ColourPop, and others.

My strength is helping teams create order from ambiguity. I’m often brought into projects when the direction is loose, the idea needs refinement, or the work needs to become more focused, ownable, and production-ready.

I bring a balance of strategic thinking, visual craft, hands-on execution, and creative leadership. I’m comfortable shaping the big idea, building the system around it, presenting the direction, leading the team, and protecting the details through final delivery.

I believe strong creative is not just visually polished, it has to solve the right problem, speak to the right audience, and hold together across every touchpoint. Whether I’m developing a brand identity, directing a campaign look, designing a live experience, or building a presentation system, I focus on making the work clear, intentional, and built for the real world.
